Positive Workforce monitors many construction projects performed in New York City to ensure increased employment opportunities for minorities in proportion to the population percentages within the City and as defined by federal guidelines.
Positive Workforce trainees and placements maintain a retention rate of employment that exceeds the 90-day period of typical seasonal work.
